Bronze statues are a nice ornament to have in any home or garden, and its strength and durability means that can withstand the elements very well. By establishing a bronze cast will expand to show the extremely fine detail, much better than other materials like stone.
The ancient Greeks were the first to use bronze to create statues but despite the strength of bronze, may of them have not survived. Ornaments and statues were melted down to make weapons often during periods of war and, therefore, have not survived. Despite the time between ancient and modern times, bronze recipe has not changed much. Is typically 90% copper and 10% tin.
